The Courthouse Kempinski Hotel is an old Grade II listed Magistrates Court and is situated in the heart of London's shopping district. The hotel is ideally situated for Liberty's, Oxford Street, Caranby Street, Regent Street an a stroll from Covent Garden.

Many remnants of its time as a Magistrates Court have been incorporated in the building's current scheme. Original Robert Adams fireplaces adorn some of the suites, and the Bar's private tables are situated inside three of the original prison cells. Silk's restaurant is the old Number One court with Judges bench, witness stand and dock take centre stage.

Silk's restaurant offers diners exquiste dishes from different cuisines from Italy, the Middle East and asia. There is also an a la carte menu as well as the 'Silk' (chefs choice) menu.

The Carnaby restaurant offers both the hotel guest and the general public a light modern decor which refreshes the restaurants brasserie style food.
