Within the 652 guest bedrooms is a range of accommodation from standard and superior rooms to mini-suites. All rooms are ensuite and feature a good selection of facilities including remote control television with pay per view movie channels, tea/coffee making facilities and in-room safes.

Superior Rooms are slightly bigger than standard rooms, as are Deluxe / Mini Suite rooms which also have a separate seating area with sofa.

New Executive rooms (2007) provide a series of exquisitely finished, bright, cosy rooms designed with function in mind. Rooms have large, sound proofed-windows, whilst boasting stunning views of the capital.

All Executive rooms have air-conditioning and ensuite facilities with upgraded toiletries; workspace, direct-dial telephone, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, mini-fridge, digital safe and LCD TV are facilities which come as standard. The Executive Doubles have king-size beds.

Unique to the St. Giles is access to one of central London's most comprehensive Health & Fitness centres located beneath the main hotel. Guests have to pay a nominal charge of £4 per person per stay for the centre, with use of the 25m indoor pool and over 40 exercise machines. Other facilities include squash, badminton and aerobic classes which carry a nominal charge.

The hotel also features air conditioned restaurants and a main bar. Hugo's Pizzeria Italian Restaurant caters for a wide range of tastes and Hugo's Rotisserie & Bar serves bar snacks and is also the main bar for the hotel.
